NB  The postcode seems to be too new to show up on some sat nav systems, but ours is the only building in Baldinnie Road at present!

It stands in its own grounds and is entered from Baldinnie Road, just 100 metres east of its junction with Wardie Road, Easterhouse.

The subjects are approximately six miles east of the city centre and benefit from excellent communication links, lying one mile east of M8 Junction 10 and one mile west of M8 Junction 9.   Easterhouse railway station is about a mile from the subjects, whilst various regular bus services including 38, 41, 46 and X19 stop along Wellhouse Road and Wardie Road in addition to nearby Easterhouse Shopping Centre.

Tenants are well served by surrounding amenities at the local Shandwick Square Shopping Centre, Health Centre, Library and Swimming Pool.  There is also the Glasgow Fort Retail Park at Junction 10 of the M8 motorway offering a wide range of retailers, restaurants and bars including Morrisons supermarket.
