Lease Terms
Offices range from 15.61 sq.m. (168 sq.ft.) to 69.77 sq.m. (751 sq.ft.) with flexibility to combine into suites if adjacent offices are available.
Offices are offered for lease on an Internal Repairing basis and in order to simplify the letting process, both short and longer term tenancies will be formalised through the use of a standard lease document. Each party will be responsible for its own legal costs.
Rent
Rents range from £11.00 per sq. ft. per annum.
Rates
Each office suite within the building will be separately assessed by Glasgow City Council Assessors Department. Budget estimates can however be provided upon request.
Service Charge
A service charge will be levied in respect of all common maintenance, cleaning, security, staffing and building insurance along with costs for heating and electrical consumption. Budget figures are available upon request.
It should also be noted that occupiers will be charged for their use of broadband and/or telephone services on an itemised billing basis.
All prices, premiums and rents are subject to VAT.
